I used to think that recovery wasn’t possible. When I messed up or had been through the worst of the worst, I always thought that it was OVER for me. We call that “rock bottom.”

Problem is–I hit rock bottom A LOT and practically daily to the point that my rock bottom became my addiction. It was a habit. A bondage. A stronghold over me. A grip so tight that it was tormenting. I had no control over my situation, so I thought! But that was and is never the case with God! He wants you to hit rock bottom  so that you can meet the Rock [Jesus] at that bottom!!!
