DESTINY

God is so committed to His will for your life that He will not release you to your next step of destiny until He knows you are ready and until you have proven your readiness to yourself.  That only happens in the wilderness.

You know your personal wilderness! It’s a lonely, frustrating place and in the midst of it, the voices of doubt and the devil are easier to hear than the voice of God.  Makes you confused and wondering HOW to get out.

The destiny to which you are appointed demands you know who you are!

This wilderness may look desolate but BE ENCOURAGED, it’s designed to help you grow.

How Building a Great Relationship with Yourself is the Key to a Happy, Successful LIfe

I kept this book near to me and finally got to reading this. I am just halfway through and it is already soul-transforming! This is what we need most.  As weapons of warfare rise up against the mind and heart –the emotions–we need to stand firm and know who we are, what we are and whose we are! We belong to God! To His kingdom!

We must be doing something right, else the enemy wouldn’t be fighting us so hard. My dear friend and sister Cynthia Murray [Divine Women of Destiny] said to me today, “What fight isn’t painful? What boxer thinks he is going in the ring and not going to get hit or bruised?”  I mean even if you win–you still getting hit, attacked and bruised up.  You don’t go in the ring as a darling diva and come out even more glamorous. In fact you come out looking WORSE!  Bruised, battered and beaten!!!

BUT–YOU GOT OUT!

You have a purpose as an individual.  Your own destiny that God designed just specific and tailored to your life only.  You will be a blessing to the body of Christ and to those you encounter.  There is a virtue that comes out of you–and it comes out of a place of brokenness. A place where you were bruised, battered and beaten up! This was the place that caused you to grow the most.

God has plans for us! Perfect plans. A great destiny. It will happen –good things.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Jeremiah 29:11

Then He brought us out from there, that He might bring us in, to give us the land of which He swore to our fathers. And the Lord commanded us to observe all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that He might preserve us alive, as it is this day.
Deuteronomy 6:23-24

Thank you for your words CM.  I appreciate them, value them and will hide them in my heart! ❤

With Love,
Christina

No Exclusions

It’s notable in the second chapter on the Acts of the Apostles the reference of ALL and Everyone.  When God moves it is not something He intends to do on few. God wants to move upon ALL and everyone just as it was done in the days of the Acts of the Apostles.

After resurrection day – so did the Apostles.  Their faith was resurrected.
Their vision was resurrected.
Their hope was resurrected.
The church was resurrected.
Believers were resurrected.

Works became life.  Salvation for everyone.  The outpouring of the Spirit didn’t come to few pressing in the upper room for more.  The Holy Spirit came upon ALL.  That is the intent.  There are to be no exclusions!

All and Everyone!

This means you and I.  When we seek Him, we get to encounter this fire filled baptism of pure power released from heaven to what God has given us NOW.  That lives in us!

Peter repeats–

“In the last days, God says ‘I will pour out My Spirit on ALL people.
Your sons and your daughters will prophesy,
Your young men will see visions,
Your old men will dream dreams.
Even on my servants, both men AND women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.
I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below,
blood and fire and billows of smoke.
The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood
before the coming of the GREAT and GLORIOUS day of the Lord.
And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'”

With this the church spread like wildfire.  The Gospel was declared and they received the Word of the Living God and change was happening in the cities!

This is how we can experience it today.  For ALL and everyone who believes.  That is what it takes for us to get to that place where there are no exclusions.  Fire fell upon them ALL.  They repeated the words of God and EVERYONE received!

So we decide. We can enter the room with Him and miss out or we can enter the room with Him and stand out! He is always willing to manifest Himself in the deepest places to bring an encounter that will last eternal in our soul.

Let’s share in this movement.

May God continue to propel His people to spread a message where there are no exclusions because He died for ALL so that we may have everlasting life.

Season Of Simplicity

Hmmm.

Unarmed.

A season of simplicity.

I think this is very much what I have been in deep radical search for.

Inside my mind is screaming most days.

I feel like a crazy person.

Like where’s my balance?

Where is the quiet piece of me????

Anywhere?

I feel like most times I’m so riled up inside.

Does that make any sense?

I wanna yell at myself like…. “Shhhhhhhhh! Be quiet! Shut up! Be still sister! Relax!”

But it’s so funny because the moment someone else tells me to relax I go completely insane and pull out a more unrestricted version of Chrizzy!!! Lol

Ughhh what’s my problem??

This is definitely unarmed!

Unsafe. Unrealistic behavior.

Good thing is that I am learning…. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!!!

I thank God for all the transparent women I am discovering along this “quiet” season I forced myself to take! I don’t even know how I mustered up the courage or strength.

I definitely didn’t get much buy-in on this one.

But you know who KNEW I needed it more?

Yes. God. My Father.

My loving caregiver. Protector. Mentor. Counselor. Friend. He really pulled me, prompted me and pushed me to a place to calm the soul down even though I was screaming inside all the way through.

Go figure!

Is it okay to say I need to focus on me right now?

At the same time of having the highest calling to be there for others, how was I going to take care of me?

BREAK!

Take a break before you BREAK!!!

Get armed again. Prepare for a greater armor because right now I am unarmed!!!!

And that is alarming. An alarm that only my Father can handle. I’m too much!!! You are too much!!!! We are these wild beings inside with a huge drive to DO! Then He finds a way to make us sit. 🙂

See I am not the only one ☝️.

Whew!

Thank God for the Shauna Niequist writer.

For the Nicki Koziarz author.

For the Julie Winter expert.

I’m not the only one.

I just finished my second book yesterday and now I read. It’s my haven.

I write one, read one. Then I realize even more why we have these hyper and overactive thoughts.

Because we are writers!!!! Articulators.

Our own intriguing and authentic version of an artist.

I’m going to absorb this “simple season” and find the best ways to internally process and prepare for this next stage of life.

I like that!

I like that a whole lot!!! ♥️

Emerge Eighteen

“Arise, shine for thy light is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.” Isaiah 60:1

This is going to be a great year filled with new beginnings… our fresh start. Just what we need.

To start again. To come into a new existence spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, relationally and in every aspect of life. To arise! To shine!

I’m so excited for my second book release!!! Coming shortly…. stay tuned!

A lot is coming down the pike for us. It’s just around the bend. We are getting closer to the most glorious days we have ever seen!

“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.” (The seven lamps represent the eyes of the Lord that search all around the world.)”

‭‭Zechariah‬ ‭4:10‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Small will grow! We see the plumb line!

We are going big! We are going to live creatively, expressively and divinely.

I’m excited.

Our goals are in the making and we declare good things to come into the light for us in twenty eighteen. Cheers to last year! It’s over and there is no going back. We have become so hardcore for Jesus!

My personal manifesto is already being declared for this year… now get yours ready! Declare to emerge! To arise! To shine for twenty eighteen… this is our year for more.
