I took a day to reflect. R & R. When I need it the most, I wont hesitate to take it.

The LORD replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” Exodus 33:14

An opportunity to try something that I didn’t think would benefit me and it is. I have done this for my spiritual state, mental and health. When I rest, I read and I write my best.

Sometimes we don’t know a thing until we try a thing and educate ourselves on what it really is. So I tried this water and I will try my best to promote it. Now I love it…

Water is great but Kangen Water is truly REFRESHING!!!! Learn more on the links attached here. We learn too using these social tools.

Now I can use a little Social Media favor too. 😊 I didn’t think entering a simple photo contest that I would get selected!

Blessings to all that are viewing this. My name is Christina Cruz-Mendez. I am a Pastor at Mission United International Church in Yonkers, NY working along side my husband Juan A. Mendez Jr. Senior Pastor. We have been together for 25 years with 2 children that God has blessed us with. Makes us the family of four - "JusChrist4". I have been a Christian and active in ministry for about 17 years now. Through all the rocky and smooth roads in life I am eternally grateful that God has brought me this far in life to share with the world what He is doing in me, through me and for me.
