Classically Cold

I’m listening to classical music, exiting metro train platform, walking in the crisp cold, ugg boots, snug scarf and the puffy coat…. city life.

Destination = work zone.

Mindset = focused.

Attitude = grateful.

Traveling in 20 degree weather is rough but worth it when you have great elements. Part of the reset for 2020 and not sure where the rest of the journey will lead to but today I will embrace this cold day because there is so much to be thankful for. I am very excited despite the little things that try to rise up. I am focused.

Starting writing out my vows for renewal, checked off a lot on the to do list and take each day –one at a time to get stuff done. I feel excited and productive. I am in great expectation for celebrating good things. Even as I began to write up some vows, I didn’t do this the first time round… but I teared up in the train.

Dag we been thru some stuff! We can laugh, we can cry, we can celebrate, we can unite. We can rejoice in the good.

Remember to be an encourager when the world can seem cold. Bring the warm smiles, friendly gestures, helpful hand and positive vibes to your environment. It’s not the masses so to speak –but just the one life we can touch who can touch the next. Today be that warmth in someone else’s cold.

Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad.
~Proverbs 12:25
