I have a place that is beyond human understanding, I don’t even know how I do it. He’s got me. I’m free to Him.

We Live, We Learn, We Love

IMG_8375I didn’t think I had to apply this “70×7” rule so much in my life as I do now. This year has definitely been somewhat trying for me. I am living through the various and sudden changes. I am learning that I need to do things better and that ultimately I have to find a way to love more.

Peter came up to the Lord and asked, “How many times should I forgive someone who does something wrong to me? Is seven times enough?” Jesus answered:
Not just seven times, but seventy-seven times.”

Words Matter

I love the header on this passage as it states, “The Man of God and the Word of God!” How powerful that word is!

Words matter! His Word–most importantly and above all. These words are living and powerful. The same way that emotions are. I hate to be the one that sits in that puddle of sadness, disappointment, discouragement or the like, because it leaves you feeling so frustrated.

But perspective is key! Focus is necessary! Redirecting that disappointment to become the very appointment that you can have with God EVERY single time is the healing balm we need! I hate disappointment. But I love that this truly does become my appointment with God. Continue reading
