Dive In December

imageI was sharing yesterday at our bible study the statistics of Christians time spent on reading the word, and so I will share that here. In today’s busy society, we spend more time on the social networks and other things rather than spending the time reading more of the Word of God. We quickly see the results of that.

People want inspiration from quoted images rather than looking to the Word of God–that’s truth. That’s everlasting. That has the depth that we need to impact lives, not a picture quote from Instagram. That won’t break the chains and the yokes of bondage the way that the Word of God will! Continue reading

Revolution

Revolution-RecoveredWhen the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

Brother Femi!!! OUR FRIEND!!! We will miss you IMMENSELY!!! No words could describe truly how grateful we are! This was the greatest THANKSGIVING weekend we have ever experienced in our whole life! The BEST chapter God could have ever written for us thus far!!!

And so you have demonstrated that this weekend and we are forever indebted to you! In my life I can say THIS scripture was fulfilled to the highest degree. Continue reading

Knowing Nothing

imageI came home from listening to the dynamics of a leadership conference held by Apostle Femi Adun and felt such a conviction deep within my spirit. I immediately said to myself, “I know NOTHING!” WOW!

The Word of the Lord came to me, saying,
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
Before you were born I set you apart;
I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
“Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.” BUT the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You MUST go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord.
Then the Lord reached out His hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put My words in your mouth. See, TODAY I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.”
Jeremiah 1:4-10
