Living CHANGE

imageThere is nothing greater when you have come to the point in your walk with God that you FEEL the change. That experience alone to recognize and SEE that God is working in you—is WORKING!!!

The bible records in 4 separate books that we shall LOVE the Lord our God with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind and with all our strength! That is every part of your being – fully connected TO God. This is an amazing feeling. A liberating experience. This is our freedom not just to say it but to live it!

Makes me feel like a colorful tree planted so deep in the roots of Christ Jesus. I am so filled now and I want more!

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.”
Deuteronomy 6:5

Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment.”
Matthew 22:37-38

“And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment.”
Mark 12:30

So He answered and said, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.
Luke 10:27

This is as if each time that it is mentioned it becomes more magnified and detailed. The first commandment is to love God with all of our being. The second commandment is to love others just as we would ourselves. Which fulfills the law, because Christ died for all. He gave His life so that we can have our life. In that same way we would be able to have an experience and a concept of an agape [unconditional] type of love.

For just as my progression is moving towards a year I rejoice at the change. I rejoice when people tell me that I am different from the year before. I rejoice when I sense my spirit prompting me from right and wrong. I rejoice when I hear God’s word running through my mind to cancel out the stinky thoughts. I rejoice when my heart feels pure and experiences new life and love, when before it was so corrupt! I rejoice when I feel the strength to do the things that I was so weak to do prior to the change.

I thank the Lord! Everyday! For there IS progress when you change. There IS progress when you say yes. There IS progress when you decide to keep filling yourself up with the things of God rather than the things of this earth! You feel different. You act different. You talk different. You function different and you just live DIFFERENT! You are no longer the same old self.

That is the way God wants us to move ahead. He said in His Word, “BE YE RENEWED” in Ephesians 4:23. He wants us to be renewed, restored and rebuilt! That is my heart’s way now. There is no other way for me. All else has passed and this is my new life.

In the opening of Proverbs, it tells us to KNOW, to PERCEIVE and to RECEIVE. This we shall do during our growth process.

To know wisdom and instruction,
To perceive the words of understanding,
To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, judgment, and equity.
Proverbs 1:2-3

I know that God loves me, saved me and called me.
Ephesians 5:17

I perceive what God wants me to be, to say and to do.
Acts 10:34

I receive God’s grace and strength in order to live this life.
2 Corinthians 13:9

My heart is not failing me now.
My soul is no longer tied to the past.
My mind recognizes the lies being told.
My strength is operating through the grace of God.

If you no longer want to walk defeated, no longer want to be tossed to and fro, no longer want to keep battling with the same old thing then surrender it ALL to Him. Start seeking Him through prayer, fasting, worship, reading and working for the kingdom. If you want to see the change, then BE the change. It is time for us to start living the change IN GOD!
That is certainly possible. And it feels GREAT to be this free!
