“We have to be willing to lose control over what we want in order to give HIM control. With this I mean if we gave to the mentality that if we don’t get what we want, it’s okay because regardless we will delight ourselves in what HE has for us. When we give up control over our own lives and over the outcome, we are giving Him control once again and this will honor Him & when we honor Him, He WILL honor us.”

I couldn’t find you no matter how many times I tried to look.
I only found God.
For He was in every place.
Every space.
In every trace.
I saw His face…
I became a worshiper.
I became a servant for real.
He was loud in my soul.
I fought like crazy.
Until I realized,
He would not relent,
He had made up His mind.
And waited long enough for me to make up mine when I thought I was losing it.
He showed me a prayer place,
He heard me.
He listened.
He became more than any friend could be.
I had nothing left inside.
To Him this was perfect.
To me it was a disaster.
He took the turmoil and gave me truth instead.
A lot to stomach.
A lot to process at once.
But there wasn’t going to be any other way,
But His…
I took it.
The path that He had for me.
All I say now is, “Here I am and here we go!”
When I thought I was dying,
I was still alive.
Because He gave me life.
He gave me my life… Everything else has run over and ceased.
The word of the Lord endures forever! It doesn’t change, falter, waiver, move… It remains.
We are the ones that change.
Holidays come and go.
Gifts are unwrapped.
Friends come and go.
Many exchanges will be made.
You cannot hope to get back something gone, then that wouldn’t be a change. You just keep moving forward. The only thing to be truly certain of is an unchanging and unfailing word like HIS!
We will not take Christ out! Dictionary.com blog states the X is Christ!
“X is the Greek letter “chi,” the initial letter in the word Χριστός. And here’s the kicker: Χριστός means “Christ.” X has been an acceptable representation of the word “Christ” for hundreds of years.”
We live.
We learn.
We love.
We don’t go back… We get other chances and opportunities to do things better! Bye Xmas, what an amazing holiday this was!
There is more to come! What is now over is a new chapter for more! Great things are ahead of us! God is in control, we will see all things unfold. Everything else contrary will never be sustained. It is over. We gear up for God’s next best thing. As Christmas is over, our new day begins. Our time to give God all.
“For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven. A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest. A time to kill and a time to heal. A time to tear down and a time to build up. A time to cry and a time to laugh. A time to grieve and a time to dance. A time to scatter stones and a time to gather stones. A time to embrace and a time to turn away. A time to search and a time to quit searching. A time to keep and a time to throw away. A time to tear and a time to mend. A time to be quiet and a time to speak. A time to love and a time to hate. A time for war and a time for peace. What do people really get for all their hard work? I have seen the burden God has placed on us all. Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1-11 NLT
