The Cornerstone

No matter how many stones get thrown your way to try to take you down, it will never prevail when you have Jesus the Cornerstone living on the inside of you.

It doesn’t matter the fall.
It doesn’t matter the hurt.
It doesn’t matter the loss.
It doesn’t matter the problem.

God will always be the one to keep you protected in such a way that no harm can come your way from these things.

The bible says in the Book of Daniel that these high leaders did everything in their power to take out this man of God, but they could do nothing that worked. Not even a shut den filled with hungry and starving lions!!! Nothing will be able to sink their teeth into you.

Lies won’t sink.

Disrespect won’t sink.

Discouragement won’t sink.

People walking out of your life won’t sink.

The issues will not sink–because you know the Lord! The Chief Cornerstone.

A stone was brought and placed over the mouth of the den, and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the rings of his nobles, so that Daniel’s situation might not be changed.
Daniel 6:17

This was a done deal. There was no turning back. The sentence had been passed. The deed was done. This was the make or break moment.

Maybe you find yourself in that situation, where there is no turning back now. The cat’s out of the bag. Your life is on 1010 wins. You already slipped. You already got the sentence. The verdict is in. There is nothing else you could do on your own strength now–literally. Now you NEED God to do something, because the stone has been placed over! That stone is heavy; you feel the weight of it; it is cutting into your bones and you find yourself in serious pain.

I have good news for you right now–for this too shall pass. God can change what looks like an unchangeable situation! Even though the seal is set on it because God has sealed you and set you apart, you shall not be impacted AT ALL BY THIS! It is just a small thing, even though it feels like an elephant is laying on your chest.

God is protecting you in such an intricate way that nothing is going to be able to take you out. NO matter how many stones are thrown. No matter how fierce it flies at you. You will not lose this battle. You will not lose your mind. You will not lose your ministry. You will not lose what God has placed over you.

Your deliverance is right there…in the dawn of the morning. The nightmare will be over. Your night will not last that long. Just like Daniel…he was sitting in that den…staring at the animal saliva dripping from the batch of fierce lions and was alive and well.

So shall you be! Watch them stare, gape, look and think you are meat for the lions. Don’t worry, God is keeping you so that you can watch right through it. That you can look and see first hand God’s DIVINE PROTECTION upon you. And God’s redemptive work being done in your life.

My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lion. They have NOT hurt me, because I was found innocent in His sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your majesty.

You know why you are found innocent–because of the BLOOD of the lamb that is over you. He is covering you. He is protecting you. He has redeemed you from all sin, stain, evil and striking situations. Don’t allow the enemy to keep having a parade in your mind from all of that. You are free.

Even King Nebuchadnezzar from his best to worst, after giving God the glory was restored greater than ever before. So shall you be, when you just begin to turn to God for your situation. Praise Him. Give God Glory. Seek Him. He will be the One to always preserve you and take you beyond what you ever thought possible. And God does it in such a way so that ALL will know–this IS God over your life.

So let it break, let it be, let them walk out, let them talk and let it go. Soon you will see how God used even this to bring you to the most supernatural places. You are not going to lose your mind over this. You just lose everything that doesn’t belong there. Let all the artificial things go, for now all else will be truly genuine indeed.

Immediately what had been said about Nebuchadnezzar was fulfilled. He was driven away from people and ate grass like the ox. His body was drenched with the dew of heaven until his hair grew like the feathers of an eagle and his nails like the claws of a bird. At the end of that time, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven, and my sanity was restored. Then I praised the Most High; I honored and glorified Him who lives forever. His dominion is an eternal dominion; His kingdom endures from generation to generation. All the peoples of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as He pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth. NO one can hold back his hand or say to him; “What have You done?”
At the same time that my sanity was restored, my honor and splendor was returned to me for the glory of my kingdom. My advisers and nobles sought me out, and I was restored to my throne and became even GREATER than before.

Don’t worry. Those that laughed and left will be the first ones to seek you out for what God has placed over you! Don’t let the little falls, slips and stones try to discourage you now. God has a plan greater than even YOU!
