It’s The Principality

We really have to do a better job AS Christians at understanding what we are actually fighting against.

It is not the person, the job, the marriage, the kids, the money, the business…it is THE PRINCIPALITY!

We must recognize what we are fighting against.

Today—see it as it is…don’t be angry about those unchangeable things, when God can change the unchangeable. We give it to God in prayer. Thank you God! Thank you MJ! Thank you my sisters in Christ. Thank you for sending vessels my way to constantly remind me that I am fighting against demonic forces and strongholds. I can beat them! I can…if Jesus did it—so can we!

I truly love the Word of God. YES! It is always found in His word.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Ephesians 6:12 (New International Version)

This is NOT against flesh and blood! This needs to be branded upon our soul in every way. I needed a heavenly hug today for sure! God sent me these words of comfort…and so He gave me hugs! Not just one hug but many! I thank God for that because the struggle is real! It is not over—it is present and in our everyday life…we can overcome what is not over. We can step over those things and get passed them. We can excel. We can fire back the RIGHT way. Even when we feel so wronged in every which way.

It hurts.

It hurts so bad at times.

But when you go to God in prayer, He comforts you and helps you to make the necessary steps to obtain that peace. We have to be peacemakers. I have to live for peace. The enemy is fighting against us because there is something that he is trying to break. Thanks be to God for His saving STRENGTH to overpower all weakness and all powers of evil forces that try to press upon us! OH NO NO NO!!! We got this!

I’m not going to leave my family. I am not going to walk away. I am not going to stop praying or reading. I am not going to stop preaching or teaching. I am not going to leave my church or calling. Oh no no no no no! I am not going to stop trying to do better even if I slip. And I am certainly NOT going to stop writing! I am getting back up. I am going to keep on. This isn’t over. This is just the beginning for me and I love what God is doing in the midst. He is sending these hugs from heaven so I don’t lose focus in the chaotic times.

My husband is traveling the nations. My marriage is strengthening. My family is progressing in every which way. My church is growing. My career is flourishing. My writing is developing. Oh my God –so much is GOOD, GOOD and more GOOD! I am not going to think of the bad things trying to seep in and tear down what God is building!

The word is going forth for me and I will take heed and spread it everyday too!

I let go of the struggle when it tries to rise up fierce. I let go to reduce the clutter. I let go, I let go and I let God do what He needs to do. This helps me to feel the peace that passes knowledge and understanding. I will not be anxious. I will not lose sleep. I will not be discouraged. I will PRESS in further to the purpose and plan in which God has for my life.

That is a victorious one!

Do not be anxious about anything but in every situation by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7

I go to God with the snot rag and all…and I pray, weep, cry and let it all out to Him because I know He is going to DO something about this. We can’t always blame the devil either! There are things that we can do about it. We need to pray to control this flesh of ours and come out of prayer –service–study–and fasting really FILLED with the power and presence of God.

Above all else, guard your heart for everything you do flows from it.
Proverbs 4:23 (New International Version)

So above all, guard the affections of your heart, for they affect all that you are.
Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being, for there flows the wellspring of life.

I have to keep that protected and the way to do that is to keep on praying and fasting. I give it all to Him. I pray to take all those things out of my heart that bring clutter.

The enemy wants us hating each other, abusing each other, avoiding each other and doing all things wrong! He wants to take away love, peace and joy.

DO NOT BE OVERCOME WITH EVIL BUT OVERCOME EVIL WITH GOOD!
Romans 12:21

We will put on love, which is the bond of perfection and do this with all diligence! Everything else we count it as rubbish because we need God to reign in us. As the love of many grows cold, I will not be one of those. I will not be in that equation –NO MATTER WHAT!

I know it is not my surrounding, the people, the commute, the car, the job, the church, the husband, the kids, the in-laws or any other things…. I know that it is the PRINCIPALITY that I am up against. And I have no problem fighting it because God is with me!!! Who can be against me now? I got the best armor on me.

I was blessed by the heavenly hugs today. May you be blessed by it too. You must understand that it is the principality that we are fighting against. Don’t fight the person(s), fight through prayer.
