I was standing in front of this young man leading worship this weekend at our “Kingdom Generals” annual retreat and conference center and just stood amazed. I thought to myself, “THIS–IS–A–KINGDOM–GENERAL!” For he did not allow his circumstance to stop him from doing just what God called him to do…lead a body of generals in the front line through worship! Have you ever had to take off somewhere because of a necessary appointment or place to be and had an idea of where you were going but still had to continue with NO GPS?!?

Just keep going straight.

It is an eerie and uncomfortable feeling to travel to a place and not have specific instructions or a guide. We always want specifics and that we could have. Yet sometimes in our journey with the Lord, the call to the place is the one thing that is clear and everything else in between [the detail] is just not really provided. Continue reading
