I feel the need to NOT follow a trend. Like I have never been the person to do something just because everyone else is doing it. This is probably why I have never fit in with certain crowds. I was more of the odd ball in the batch. But I learned to find purpose by other means. A Mild Man
There is this man in the bible named Jacob. For the majority of the time, if you ask someone what his name means, they will all shout the same things… “TRICKSTER! DECEIVER!” But if you read back to what the scripture defines that is NOT what his name means. The bible shows us clearly that he is Jacob – meaning, he grasps the heel; holder of the heel; sup-planter. All of which signifies government and rulers; holding the place of another as through force, scheming, strategy or to replace! Continue reading
For The Veteran
Taking the time to appreciate all those that are working diligently and faithfully for this country. They have exceptional jobs. The benefits are amazing yes, but what about the time that is invested here. They work holidays, weekends, birthdays, anniversaries, or through many life events that pass on by. But they have to do the job. They willingly signed up counting that cost. A sentence that would leave them VERY little room for just life itself. This is pure dedication and commitment.
